100% Sauvignon Blanc from Napa Valley AVA. Fermented and aged in a combination of stainless steel and concrete eggs. Bright, crisp and refreshing, the Cultivar Sauvignon Blanc is expressive with citrus, notes of grapefruit rind, key lime, and fresh basil.

There is an expression of richness and minerality associated with the concrete egg fermentation. 13.6% ABV.
