This grape gives a certain intensity to a wine produced to be light and easy to drink: melon, apple and citrus can be perceived to the nose, while in the mouth there are good freshness, body and a pleasing freshness. On the finish there are slight earthy hints that suggest the pairing with pappardelle with black truffles, very typical
