Tasting Notes: Magnificent bright and clear rose-gold color with subtle silver undertones. The nose immediately reveals all the elegance and subtlety of Miraval Rosé with its superb intense and floral aromatic bouquet, mixing notes of hibiscus and amaryllis with a gourmet nature with delicious aromas of vine peaches. The sophistication continues on the palate with an ample, fleshy, silky texture, gourmet aromas of crunchy fruit combined with a beautiful tension and a very nice balance thanks to the natural acidity and the minerality typical to Miraval terroir offering saline and limestone notes. The finish is outstanding, full of length, delicately silky. A magnificent vintage of Miraval with signature flavors.

Aging: The grapes are harvested exclusively in the morning and sorted twice. Destemming. Pressurage direct for Cinsault, Grenache and Rolle. The Syrah is vinifies partially using the "saignee" method.
Vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats (95%) and in barrels (5%) with batonnage.
