Pinot Noir pairs with 56% Dark Chocolate. Pinot Noir is one of the lighter bodied red wines that is primarily grown and produced in California and Burgundy. Often Pinot Noir can be enjoyed by lovers of both White and Red wine due to its lighter body and texture.
This grape is extremely elegant and can have very refined finishes with low tannins, bright acid and red fruits on the finish making it an excellent pairing for our 56% Chocolate. The 56% Cocoa brings forth tart berries while adding a silky milk chocolate finish to the back palate.
