Well, this selection is classic California Cabernet Sauvignon with structure, lush tannins, ripe fruit, aromas of dark plum, dark cherry, cedar, chicory, and notes of toasty oak on the nose. The flavors on the palate are black currant jam, boysenberry, clove, lime vanilla cream, and mineral layered with silky tannins.
