Tasting Notes: The wine is a ruby red color with a violet glare. It has a strong and fruity bouquet combined with accents of red fruit and licorice. This is a medium body wine that is both soft and well balanced.

From The Winery: Villa Vestea Winery is family owned and operated. The project was started by Stefania Galasso, a young, passionate entrepreneur with a long family history in vine growing and wine making. Stefania’s project started with the production of Organinc Montepulciano d’Abruzzo doc. Today, in the family vineyards, she produces Organic and Sustainable Montepulciano as well as other well known and appreciated varietals. 

Villa Vestea controls all production phases, from vine to bottle. Key words are: quality, technology, innovation and image.

 The family history is intertwined with that of Abruzzo’s viticulture ever since. With the passing of years and generations, passion and determination are never missed. The experience of the past has continued with family dedication.
