Tasting Notes: The 2021 Petit Verdot presents an aromatic bouquet with pronounced notes of black fruits and dark berries. There are subtle hints of spice, such as black pepper, and clove with some herbal and floral notes of violet and lavender.  The 2021 Petit Verdot from Napa Valley exhibits a full-bodied and robust palate with intense flavors of dark berries such as blackberry and black cherry. Subtle hints of plum, currant, and violet shine on the palate as well with firm tannins that provide structure, and a slightly grippy texture. Pair this lovely wine with grilled ribeye steak with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus
