Tasting Note: Aromas of black cherry, blackberry and toasted oak delight the senses. In this full-bodied and layered wine, flavors of black cherry, ripe plum, black current and violet unfold. Soft, well-integrated tannins lead to a long, lingering finish filled with savory spices. This wine is balanced, bold and elegant.
Winemaking Notes: Nestled between two mountain ranges, the Napa Valley offers diverse microclimates and soils that are uniquely suited to growing fine Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine includes grapes grown up-and-down the Valley. The hillside fruit brings bright acidity, rich tannins, as well as intense fruit, floral and herbaceous notes. The vineyards on the valley floor provide ripe, juicy fruit notes and fleshy tannins.
