The 2020 Elisenberger Riesling Spätlese shows concentrated and focused fruit on the nose. Lean and straight on the palate, with thrilling acidity and lingering salinity that is enormously mouth-watering but dries out your cheeks, this is a future Spätlese that shouldn't be enjoyed before 2035 or maybe even later to save your stomach.

The wine is concentrated, precise and focused, enormously vital and saline, and it should be great fun drinking this in 15-20 years. Bottled with 7.5% stated alcohol and 11 grams per liter of total strap-on acidity. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in July 2022
