Site: Deep ruby.  A limpid & bright wine.

Nose: Red fruit & black tea aromas with typical pyrazinic notes of roasted red pepper, vanilla, tobacco, chocolate & leather imparted by French oak barrels.

Palate: The attack is soft & delicate with ripe tannins & vibrant acidity.  Medium bodied wine, elegant & complex.

Our hand-picked Cabernet Franc is a variety that matures slowly in Balcarce achieving a very good aromatic complexity. Thanks to this slow maturity, a balance of sugar and acidity is achieved that generates an authentic wine without the need for corrections.
