Tasting Notes: Elaborated in a dry style, its light pink color is an invitation to discovery.  Our Pinot Noir rose is refined with a real personality.  The nose is elegant, with notes of blueberry and red fruit.  The palate is tasty, filled with raspberry and strawberry aromas.

From The Winery: Rosé of Pinot Noir is done in a similar style to wines southern France.  Direct to press allows beautiful color and picked early to retain bright acidity. Fermentation and elevage in 130-gallon neutral puncheons for 6 months.  Rich mouthfeel with soft texture. Zero sugar after fermentation.
