Pandemonium Zinfandel 2021 Paso Robles - California

VINEYARD DESCRIPTION:

The French Camp vineyard rests in the rain shadow of black mountain in the southeastern corner of the Paso Robles AVA. Because of its proximity to the mountains and the drainage that comes from them, French Camp enjoys almost a 50-degree diurnal shift between the high temperatures of the day and the cool of the night.

WINEMAKER NOTES: 

Harvested at night. This wine was then fermented with skins for 14 days. Aged 12 months with French oak. Expression of richness and power of Paso Robles AVA.
