Delicious with dessert pairings such as, brownies, chocolate chips, chocolate cakes, peanut brittle, mixed dry fruit, prunes, dates, tapas, watermelon, chocolate ice cream and sorbets, foie gras, sweet and sour dishes, goat’s cheese and blue cheese.

Chapoutier's 2017 Banyuls is made (like always) in a young, easy-drinking style. It offers up scents of milk chocolate and cherries on the nose, is relatively light-bodied in the mouth (16.5% alcohol) with silky tannins and a hint of almond skin, and finishes fruity, clean and refreshing.
