Tasting Notes:A beautiful golden yellow color. Its nose reveals aromas of white-fleshed fruits like pear, as well as floral notes such as acacia. Once on the palate, the aroma is full-bodied and powerful. Its finish is fresh and tangy.

From The Winery: From a selection of plots with a North-South orientation, the harvest is carried out at night. Pressing with selection of juices. Fermentation takes place under controlled temperatures (14-17°C). Aging in stainless steel vats, part of which is carried out in French barrels (30%).
