Cépages: 50% Chardonnay - 50% Sangiovese Grosso (Brunello)

Tasting Notes: Aromas of white flowers and good minerality. The finish features hints of almond, typical of Sangiovese.
Winemaking:Chardonnay in steel in contact with the skins and at a controlled temperature. Sangiovese was destemming and pressing to separate the skins and pulp from the liquid, then fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature.
Aging Regime:Chardonnay at least 8 months in stainless steel. Sangiovese in French oak barrels. After 8 months to a year, the Chardonnay is blended with 40-60% Sangiovese and then bottled.
Terroir:Sangiovese is from sandy loam soil with clay and abundant marl; Chardonnay from red soils with a good mineral content.
