90 Points Vinous: The 2023 Languedoc Rosé Organic is all cherry all day, and I like that very much. White cherry, candied cherry, cherry pit, you name it, it’s all there, but it’s also nicely balanced and never verges into overt sweetness. On the lighter side of medium-bodied, the 2023 has a rainwater-like minerality that runs beneath all that cherry character, braced on the finish by a subtle twang or sour orange acidity. Lovely and understated.

Tasting Notes: Floral and spicy expression with ripe raspberry, a round palate with flavors of cherry lifted by bright pineapple. Strawberry, watermelon and pomegranate nuances abound in this delectable crispy and dry wine that pairs with just about anything.
