Tasting Notes: Light straw in color with brilliant clarity, this Chardonnay has enticing aromatics of pure fruit character from several different vineyards in Sonoma. Beautiful Chardonnay varietal character of green apple, grapefruit, lemon zest, floral notes and a very light touch of French oak. Clean flavors follow the aromas of the gorgeous Chardonnay. No malolactic makes for an exciting, fresh expression of this wonderful variety made in a Chablis-style meant to enhance many foods.
