El Vaquero Syrah Dorcich Vineyard 2021 Santa Clara

Tasting Notes: Head-pruned and dry farmed vineyard providing concentrated fruit flavors. Aromas of briary fruit, earth, dried meat, brioche, and spicy wood notes effuse out of the glass. Fleshy and full on the palate with concentrated flavors of boysenberries, blueberries, cracked white pepper and resinous pine tar.  Soft to medium tannins on the finish with lively acidity focusing on the lingering fruitiness.
