From the different parcels of our estate, this Pouilly Fumé draws its power from the terroir. Full-bodied, they take a little longer to open and express all their power after a year of ageing. We then discover aromas of white flowers (hawthorn, acacia flower), followed by nuances reminiscent of blackcurrant buds, pineapple, apricot or white peach, depending on the vintage, to finish with distinctly mineral notes.

After a few years, the aromas often evolve towards quince or mango. The expression on the palate is virile, powerful and long. This Pouilly-Fumé is aimed at connoisseurs looking for full, rich and generous wines.

It will express itself fully as an aperitif, with fried Loire or goat's cheese.

Age of the vines: 30 to 40 years

Soils: blend of several terroirs (clayey sands, marls with small oysters and limestone)
