Covenant Syrah 2018 Golan Heights - Israel

Covenant Israel Syrah 2018 is sourced from Tel Faris, in the Golan Heights. The 2018 wine is 90% Syrah and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. We love the wines from this Israeli vineyard. Like every one of our Covenant wines, this one is fermented with native yeast, which we feel promotes added complexity and best highlights the natural terroir of the region.

Covenant Israel Syrah is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels prior to bottling. It is big, bold and packed with black fruit and spice flavors. The tannins are soft and silky, making the wine very accessible early on. But it will age too.
