Cava Quintanilla Chardonnay Reserva 2021 - Mexico

FROM THE BODEGA:

Fresh and fruity wine with a lot of body, great aromatic intensity. Marked acidity that generates it to be a wine with a lot of character and round. Complemented by its aging in barrels, thus achieving an excellent balance in the mouth.

TASTING NOTE

Expressive and elegant wine, with pleasant acidity, unctuous entry, medium mouth of great volume. Intense aromas of white peach, apricot, pineapple, coconut and almond. Long finish, permanence of toasted bread and chestnuts.

PAIRING

Grilled or smoked fish, oysters and other fresh seafood, mature cheeses, vegetarian or vegan dishes, poultry and pasta with creamy or light sauces.
