Cava Maciel "Orbita" Tempranillo 2018 Baja California - Mexico

FROM THE WINERY: 

Garnet red color, with aromas of red berries, raspberries, blackberries and currants, it gives us light aromas of spices, vanilla and tobacco. In the mouth it is intense and fresh, with light flavors of mint and mint. Firm tannins with a long and silky finish. Ideal with sausages, tapas, roast meat and cheeses such as Manchego and Brie.

Cépage: 80% Tempranillo & 20% Syrah

Vinification: Wine with fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
