This Rosé was made from Grenache grapes grown at Kærskov Vineyard in the Los Olivos District. The grapes were hand picked and gently pressed to produce a beautiful, light, peachy-pink hue. The juice was fermented in stainless steel and aged for 5 months.

This dry Rosé is light and crisp with aromas of tropical fruit, coconut, and strawberry. Delicate notes of citrus, nectarine, and watermelon linger on the palate followed by white peach, violets, and honeydew with a soft minerality and smooth finish.
