Tasting Notes: Delicate notes of white peach, and gently floral in nature. This wine is medium-bodied, crisp and fresh, combined with a hint of bitter almonds on the finish, typical of Garganega grape, which Soave is
based on. 

From The Winery: Consisting of 230 growers and 700 hectares, Cantina Valpolicella Negrar is a co operative located just a few kilometres from Verona, in the heart of Valpolicella.  They are one of the major producers in Valpolicella Classico owning a quarter of all Classico Vineyards, and are the only winery to have vineyards in all 5 communes of the region. They have a long and distinctive history of winemaking going back to 1933 and were the first to produce Amarone in 1939, after a
serendipitous mistake producing Recioto.
