Tasting Notes: Deep, intriguing and intense, our Petite Sirah is both sophisticated and approachably delicious. Aromas of blackberry, plum and black cherry lead into a full-bodied palate with notes of vanilla and tobacco. The well-integrated tannins provide an elegant framework while lingering notes of rich black fruit prevail on the finish.

Aging: 10 months, new French oak

From The Winery: The grapes for Aristotle are grown in the Hames Valley sub-appellation, located in the southern reaches of Monterey County on the Central Coast of California.  This tucked away region of softly rolling topography presents ideal climatic conditions for growing top-notch Petite Sirah.
