From The Winery: Antiche Terre Venete Rosso Veronese Solo Passione is crafted from a blend of local grape varieties grown in the Veneto region of Italy. The grapes benefit from the region's temperate climate, characterized by warm days and cool nights, which helps maintain acidity and develop concentrated flavors. The winemaking process involves partial drying of the grapes (30%), a technique known as appassimento, which enhances the wine's richness and depth. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, preserving the fruit's natural character. The result is a full-bodied wine with balanced acidity, suitable for pairing with hearty dishes.
